Scope Of Work
RSCS' goal was to completely renovate their Louisville corporate Headquarters. They hired BANTA CMC to orchestrate the endeavor through a three (3) phase, multi-year process. The total expenditure was nearly $2.5M. BANTA CMC handled every aspect of the multi-phase project from developing the initial budgets, program management, procuring all of the various vendors and contractors, construction management, intimate oversight and closeout. BANTA CMC saved RSCS nearly 300% of our fee.
