Scope Of Work
Remodel of a 5500 sqft home behind Mummy Mountain in Paradise Valley.

Remove, relocate, rewire, rearrange and install new lighting and electrical throughout home.
One of our challenges was working around the remaining drywall. It is always a challenge in remodels to work around existing conditions. You have to fish wires through walls and usually make a few attic crawls. One of the most tedious tasks was to remove the existing 6" cans in the kitchen, and replace with 4" cans. Since the builder wanted to keep the drywall in the ceiling and some of the lights fell right in the same holes as the 6", we couldn't simply remove and replace. Craig had to crawl in the ceiling and remove the ancient 6" cans that had bar hangers mounted under the drywall. He had to use a sawzall to get them out! After removal he had to install new cans in the attic as well, because we couldn't use a remodel cans in the larger 6" holes. (Rat poop and pink bat insulation is always a test of patience and dedication). Thank you Craig!
Allen at Neo Pyramids told me that he loves working with our team. He said he likes how we listen to him and his direction, how we are open-minded to the consistent changes as the remodel unfolds, that we work hard to meet his deadlines, and that we have fair pricing.
Thank you Allen for the business and your kind words!
