(AIMM), founded by Mr. Javier Rolon, provides operations and maintenance services for Road, Bridge, Toll Facility, Railroad, Communications, and Wind/Solar Infrastructure. Our mission is to optimize the return on infrastructure investment by maintaining asset performance levels that extend the asset’s lifetime. We serve both public and private sectors.

Since 1998, the employees that serve as AIMM’s qualified staff have successfully delivered roadway and facilities maintenance services to state DOTs and government agencies. They are a dedicated team of professionals with strong ethical values and a commitment to deliver the highest quality service and complete customer satisfaction.

American Infrastructure Maintenance Management LLC. (AIMM), launched in 2017 by Mr. Javier Rolon, is founded on 22 years of wide experience in the Asset Maintenance Management (AMM) industry. Javier has a reputation for excellence in innovative project management and executive operations that is respected by many of the leading AMM companies in the Eastern U.S. He has collected his extensive experience in corporate management, large project operations, personnel development, business development, engineering, quality control and quality assurance, and Javier now applies his passion for the industry to provide excellent customer service and leadership of others through his new company.
