Scope Of Work
This 16-story mixed-use building provides 330 apartment units and 11,500 sqft. of ground floor retail space in Oakland, CA.
LB's Steel and Metal Stud/Drywall teams worked side by side to complete our scope of work which included structural steel, misc. steel, steel decking and 11 stories of prefabricated structural light gauge/load bearing metal stud wall panels.
Our unique advantage as a multi-trade contractor allowed us to keep all steel fabrication and load bearing metal stud wall panel prefabrication in house, allowing quick and easy coordination among our team, resulting in fewer and quicker field adjustments and an improved schedule duration for the client.
