Scope Of Work
Century Center Towers will consist of (2) 12 story towers, with 376 units above the ground level. The ground floor will consist of parking, retail, commercial space, bicycle repair, storage rooms and loading areas. The second floor will consist of parking, pool pump room, garage, exhaust fans, low voltage electric rooms, maintenance and a small conference room and business center. The third level will have a pool, lounge, gym and outdoor community space, and the first floor of the mirrored apartment towers. Floors 4 through 12 of both towers are residential units, and are mirrored. The tower roof will have mechanical units, elevator overrun stairs all screened by the window system.
