Mr. Kleimer Cruz is one of the firm’s principals, co-founders, and serves as Bore Tech’s Director of Projects since 2006. Mr. Cruz is highly organized and detail-focused as Project Manager/Owner with an exceptional track record of accurately handling project planning, implementation and execution.

Cruz, of Cuban descent, developed his professional career in the telecom industry as a Sr. Project Manager for Miami-based infrastructure construction company MasTec (NYSE:MTZ). While there, Mr. Cruz managed construction projects from start to finish for AT&T; performing a key role in project planning, budgeting and identification of resources needed. He also developed project plans that identified key issues, approaches and performance, while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Santy Fernandez's Bio
Mr. Santy Fernández, one of Bore Tech’s two founders, is an experienced Construction Project Manager with more than 15 years of telecommunications industry experience managing all phases of construction projects for government and private-sector clients. In doing so, Mr. Fernández has coordinated workforce team and subcontractors. At Bore Tech, Mr. Fernández manages Site Safety / OSHA Compliance, and serves as the firm’s QA/QC Field Manager.
In his role as Bore Tech’s Director of Construction Mr. Fernández:
Oversees the company’s safety program
Ensures continuous availability of equipment through steadfast focus on regularly scheduled maintenance and comprehensive safety inspections
Oversees the planning and implementation of multiple projects
Organizes and guides project operations throughout the course of the project
Coordinates site preparation and guides crews to complete jobs on time and to contract specifications.
Builds, leads and directs project teams to meet project objectives
Modifies and creates schedules as required
Provides input into staff performance evaluations and objectives; and
Works with client departments to coordinate deliverables and content integration
Fernández, a Native of Cuba, “cut his teeth” in the telecom industry to eventually become a Sr. Project Manager for Miami-based infrastructure construction company MasTec (NYSE:MTZ). Mr. Fernández, a seasoned and hands-on construction operator is proficient with heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, graders, rollers, aerial buckets, skip loaders, boom trucks, water trucks, dump trucks, stompers, breakers, and sweepers.

Ms. Wendy Cabral serves as the firm’s Director of Engineering.
Ms. Cabral is a driven, organized and detail-oriented engineering and construction (E&C) professional with more than 16 years of experience as Project Manager/ Project Engineer with a remarkable track record of accurately handling:

Project Execution
Ms. Cabral has a proven ability to support multiple fast-paced projects with medium to high complexity. In addition, Ms. Cabral manages is chartered with managing all aspects of Bore Tech’s construction projects including:
Initial design
Acquiring permits
Submitting bids
Creating budgets
Scheduling construction
Overseeing field operations
Prior to joining Bore Tech, Ms. Cabral served as Sr. Project Manager for Fountain Engineering, and also held a Project Accountant position for The Continental Group and The Peebles Corporation.
Cabral, a native of the Dominican Republic, began her professional career as an Engineering Field Supervisor for Ingenieri?a Estrella – Santiago, Dominican Republic in 2001. Ms. Cabral studied Civil Engineering (DCA BPELSG – California) and is an Engineer in Training. She has also studied Accounting in Miami Dade College, Miami FL, and has received advanced Management of Traffic (MOT) training from ATSSA in West Palm Beach, FL.
Ms. Cabral holds a Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor license from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR License # CUC1225225).
