First Plumbing Solutions was started in 1990 by Frank Scarpato as a commercial plumbing service company. Today we’re a full-service plumbing contracting company specializing in commercial and hospital plumbing services. We are also working in the fast food industry, along with retail centers, and fit outs. We provide a solution that is cost effective and lasting. We are also backflow installer and tester certified. 

Over the course of my 30+ years in the business, we’ve earned a reputation as a reliable, trustworthy, and honest commercial plumbing company that can handle any job, no matter how large or small. Most importantly, we get the job done. We provide commercial plumbing services to clients throughout the Philadelphia Metro Area. We are licensed in the Philadelphia, Bucks, Mongomery, Chester & Delaware counties. We are also a Licenced Master with the ICC, International Plumbing Code, which also covers 22 states.
