Scope Of Work

The SKSD Hayesville Elementary School project will involve new construction of a 3,702 SF additional space including 3 classrooms and support spaces and new construction of a 2,600 SF multi-purpose room tilt-panel concrete addition. It will also include one (1) new exterior covered play area structure, a minor interior remodel of approximately 2,000 SF within the existing building to relocate the main office area and associated support systems. Seismic upgrades are included in the project scope and other improvements include utility services to additions, fire access lanes, misc landscaping (new and restoration areas) and site fencing, exterior sealants/paint, access control upgrades, new main entry secure vestibule and line-of sight security upgrades, security/alarm systems, intercom system upgrades, and expanded wireless access points. This project is scheduled to start in June.
