Scope Of Work
The Fairfield Inn - Belle Vernon, PA was a ground-up, new-build hotel. Berrola was fortunate enough to install all the finishes from drywall to completion. Once the GC framed and hung drywall, BG took it from there. We were responsible for paint, wallcovering, carpet, tile, tubs/showers, vanities, mirrors, artwork and furniture throughout the hotel. This includes guestroom and public space. Berrola also was responsible for tile, paint and FF&E in the indoor pool area. The gym was also completed once we installed the paint, rubber flooring, equipment and furnishings.
