PreCon Demolition

PreCon Demolition provides commercial, industrial and residential demolition along with clearing and grubbing tree removal services to clients located in the State of Iowa and eastern Nebraska.  At PreCon we value building relationships with our clients and their communities. We strive to provide excellent customer service and do our best to recycle materials along with eliminating noise, dust and traffic issues.

PreCon Demolition maintains a Contractor License and Registration with the State of Iowa and Nebraska. PreCon's insurance policy protects our clients and employees in the event of a loss. If our existing policy limits do not meet the needs of our clients,  additional umbrellas will be obtained to ensure adequate protection.
