Scope Of Work

This project consisted of two main components. The Observation Unit Addition expanded the existing hospital building by 10,653 SF by providing 28 new observation beds. A second floor mechanical penthouse of approximately 200 SF was also constructed to provide utility services to this new area. The renovation component of this project consisted of the renovation of 5 patient rooms of approximately 4,466 SF. The renovated rooms were finished to match new patient rooms built during the Patient Tower addition. Cosmetic work was applied to both nurse stations in this space.
