Scope Of Work
This project consisted of an Interior renovation to convert an existing 1970’s residential quadruplex multi-family dwelling into a commercial County Health Department Facility. This project included a complete interior demolition and structural, electrical and plumbing renovations. This project was funded by a conglomerate of public and private funding sources and required massive value engineering to make the project a reality. CPPI partnered with subcontractors and solicited donations from suppliers to help the charitable cause including a new HVAC system and a resurfaced parking lot.
