Scope Of Work
This project enclosed the upper South Patio area of the University of Central Florida’s Student Union for additional food vendor space. The new space consisted of 2,200 square feet of dining, kitchen, and support space. This project included a new exterior entry on the South Patio and a new services entrance adjacent to the existing loading dock. The project also enclosed a portion of the north entrance to the Student Union. The new space converted covered exterior space to conditioned food court space.
