Scope Of Work
BVR designed a new HVAC system for the facility. The new design included heating unit(s) for the Assembly Hall area, New Make Up Air Unit (MAU) for kitchen supply and exhaust systems connected to the existing ventilation hoods. New condensing units, air handling units, heating units and all associated ductwork to supply conditioned air to all areas of the first and second floors of the facility with the exception of the Assembly Hall and Kitchen. New exhaust systems for all men’s and women’s latrines in the facility. New LED lighting throughout the interior of the facility to include exit signage.
BVR also designed a new Direct Digital Control (DDC) Integrated Automation SysteM (IAS) to control and operate the mechanical equipment in the main building and the OMS building. The Facility is now compliant with all local and federal codes. Operational efficiency has increased due to modernized HVAC and Lighting Systems.
