Scope Of Work
BVR has completed 18 full scale water and wastewater utility system assessments at DoD facilities throughout the U.S. for their purchase, ownership, upgrade and operation over a 50 year term period. Each assessment required a detail evaluation of all the existing equipment, transmission lines, and collection and distribution systems. BVR provided complete investment grade technical and financial pro forma reports. A projected total capital improvement valuation of over $500 million includes system expansions and once-over total system replacement.
