Scope Of Work
Colony Square Shopping Center wanted a fresh new look for the tenants and customers. To achieve that look, Capital Contracting Services provided several color renderings as well as pre-project planning with the owners to revamp multiple buildings within this commercial retail center.
The painting project included painting all the stucco, EIFS, and block a mid-tone beige called SW7527 Nantucket Dune. To brighten up the walkway ceilings and sign band areas we used SW7012 Creamy. The parking lot light poles were painted gloss black. To finish the overhaul, the brown metal roof was painted with a more modern green color, SW6471 Hazel, to complement the reddish-orange undertones in the brick.
