Scope Of Work
Two 4-Story Mid-Rise Wood Frame Multi-family Buildings. Complete exterior stucco siding removal and reinstallation over VaproShield rain screen system. Major exterior structural framing repairs and associated interior finishes repaired. Replaced all windows. Assisted in design development and value engineering to maintain budget.
