WCC worked hand-in-hand with ownership group to bring design concept to light. Tenant Fit-Out of 1980 commercial office space located in Reston, VA. Transformed outdated office to modern, open-concept space. Renovation included complete demolition of existing space, structural changes to provide open concept, full MEP replacement, two kitchenettes, two bathroom renovations, and modern finishes.
