Scope Of Work
New 18-story office tower with over 600,000 sq.ft. Project consists of the tower, a 4-story annex and a 1-story daycare center.
Full-time quality control manager overseeing all aspects of the contractor quality control and performing independent quality assurance testing.
All special inspection services including environmental remediation, reinforced concrete, structural welding, and auger-cast piles.
Worked closely with the GSA and the construction management team to create as-builts, non-compliance lists and to document and facilitate claims disputes and change order analysis.
