Scope Of Work
This was a public/private partnership between the City of San Jose and San Jose State University to provide a state of the art 5-story library that would be utilized by both students and the general public. Atlas provided a resident inspector and an additional inspection staff to perform the quality assurance testing for the owner.
Performed all aspects of fire and life safety and smoke control system, testing and inspection.
Worked closely with the owner to design cost-effective quality assurance plan.
Interacted closely with on-site construction management plant to identify issues and propose solutions.
