Gem is a small, local and family owned & operated business serving the entire Bay Area and beyond. The owners, Tomasi and Amy Havea, are both immigrants (Amy from South Africa and Tomasi from Tonga) living out the American dream of entrepreneurship. When you hire our company you are supporting our dream and our family. Keeping the business small is important to us, and we love that Tomasi has his hand in every project, and will always be first on site. Although we are small, we are mighty, and can complete any job, from 150,000 Sq Ft warehouses to 400 Sq Ft garages, we do it all.
