Scope Of Work
Klēn Space provides post-construction rough and final cleaning for approximately 18,620 sq. ft. With proof of reporting and quality controls, Klēn Space completed the rough cleaning around June 2023 while the final clean was started early this month, August 2023. The scope of work includes interior and exterior cleaning of the building, windows and storefront washing, floor scrub, etc.
