Scope Of Work
This $5.9 million new construction project included site development, shell construction, and tenant improvement in the heart of Temecula Valley. The medical office building is 2-stories with 2 elevators and 2 stairwells. The tenant improvement utilized 16,290 SF on both the first and second floors for a state-of-the-art medical college.
