When a Herriman commercial property manager approached us about building out a new apartment complex clubhouse we immediately jumped at the chance to work on this exciting project. Challenges of this job included designing space and amenities for multiple uses. It needed to work as both a gym, office space, and child-care center. The result is a beautiful space that will last for decades while serving resident’s needs. We built in enough flexibility to change usage over time.
