Our Story
Electrical Works Etc. was established in 2008 in Los Angeles, CA. In the beginning, our bread and butter was lighting retrofitting for commercial building in Downtown LA. We offered free energy assessments to Property Management Companies and installed affordable lighting solutions to minimize their operating costs. As our company evolved, we continued looking for ways to help business owners save on operating cost so we started offering Solar Design and Installations Services, and now we offer Electric Vehicle Installations. Throughout the course of our construction endeavor we have met many great General Contractors, whom they hire us to do work in various industries such as Restaurants, Tenant improvements, Retail remodeling or ground-up, apartment complexes, etc. Some of our services also include preventive and regular maintenance to property management companies.
Our main focus as a company is to build trust and develop long term relationships with our clients. Some of our key points to our success is to offer quality work at competitive pricing and costumer satisfaction.
