Ephraim came and assembled a portable basketball hoop within a few hours notice when another person stood us up. He drove from Statesville to Charlotte to help us out. When I told him the situation and that we did not want to disappoint our grandsons, he was happy to accommodate. He is a very kind spirited professional who goes the extra mile. We will definitely call him again for other projects.
