Scope Of Work
Scope of work: North Potomac client was in need of new stairs that were safe for him and his dogs to go down to the backyard. He asked for natural wood. Client was over the moon about his new stairs and called his friends to come over and look at them.
Old stairs were rotten and were unsafe to step on. The stairs were just on the top of the dirt and were very unsturdy as the rail was also falling off.
New stairs have sturdy new rails and were dug into the dirt and concrete mix was used to hold the post in place. Pressure treated lumber was used to in order to protect the stairs from termites and wood rot caused by fungal decay.
