Pacific Royal Care Assisted Living Project

Project Scope: FixaCal was engaged to perform a comprehensive rewiring of the entire Pacific Royal Care Assisted Living facility. This included upgrading the main electrical panel, installing sub panels, implementing smart home technology, and enhancing the facility's lighting systems.

Challenges Addressed: One of the primary challenges was performing extensive electrical work without disrupting the daily operations and comfort of the residents. Additionally, integrating modern smart home technology into an existing older infrastructure required careful planning and execution to ensure compatibility and functionality.

Innovative Solutions Implemented: To minimize disruption, we scheduled the rewiring and panel upgrades in phases, working during times that would least impact the residents. We utilized advanced smart home technology to enhance the facility's functionality, including automated lighting and climate control systems. For the lighting upgrade, we installed energy-efficient LED fixtures throughout the facility to improve visibility and reduce energy costs.
