Pendry Hotel Lighting Design and Murphy Beds Electrical Project

Project Scope: FixaCal was tasked with designing and installing an elegant lighting system for the Pendry Hotel, as well as handling the electrical components of the Murphy beds. This project aimed to enhance the hotel's aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Challenges Addressed: One of the key challenges was integrating the sophisticated lighting design with the hotel's existing electrical infrastructure without causing disruptions to guests. Additionally, the electrical work for the Murphy beds required precise coordination to ensure safety and ease of use. We had to balance the aesthetic goals with practical constraints, ensuring the system was both beautiful and functional.

Innovative Solutions Implemented: To address these challenges, we developed a detailed plan that included phased installation to minimize guest disruption. For the Murphy beds, we implemented advanced wiring techniques to ensure seamless operation and safety. Custom lighting fixtures were designed and installed to perfectly match the hotel's luxurious ambiance, and we used energy-efficient LED lighting to enhance sustainability.
