Scope Of Work
The Mt. Sinai Employee Parking Garage was built to provide more parking spaces for the employees of the new cancer center, which will open in 2026. It is a six-story precast parking garage with 929 parking spaces spread over the 320,000 sq ft structure. It was enveloped by a 27,000 sq ft artistic metal facade and LED lights that can be seen driving through the entrance of the Miami Beach bridge on Alton Road.
The main issue faced with the construction of this parking garage was the meticulous scheduling and immaculate job site that had to be maintained because it was located in a hospital. The solution was always to be vigilant about the project to avoid inconsistency with the owners' requests. The client loved the project throughout the construction phase and at its delivery because it was built during the specified time, and the product was very elegant and worked perfectly.
