With an eye towards the future, Salt Lake Prefab (SLP, a division of Wallboard Specialties, Inc) was founded to fill a void in the greatly underserved offsite construction sector of the West. Salt Lake Prefab focuses on panelized wall, floor, and roof systems.

As the construction industry continues to progress, the demand for offsite construction is growing rapidly. Increased demands on safety, quality, speed and budget necessitate doing things differently than we have in the past. We believe in early adaptation of technology, processes and materials. 3D Modeling (BIM), Offsite Construction, Prefabrication, Robotics, and Modular Construction can be found at the core of everything we do.
