Scope Of Work
Wurster Construction is currently involved with Legacy Living in the construction phase for a 128-unit Senior Living development in Florence, KY. The development will include 28 town homes for independent living and a main building with 71 assisted living apartments and 29 memory care units. The main building alone will be 98,000 square feet.
The amenities include outdoor barbecue and kitchen spaces, raised garden beds so residents can maintain gardens without stooping down, walking paths and a playground for when grandchildren or great-grandchildren visit.
