Greenway Station Lifestyle Center was constructed in one year's time on a 51-acre site, totaling 325,000 square feet and 14 buildings, several tenant buildouts and the development of the entire site infrastructure. Pre-construction efforts included numerous constructibility studies, value engineering, and alternative materials and systems. Unique stone work and masonry that was self-performed distinguishes the entire complex, which is connected with covered open-air walkways, gardens and fountains, a spacious courtyard, and anchored by a 60-foot high clock tower
