Scope Of Work
Construction of a new 79-unit assisted living facility with Alzheimer’s unit. The 62,000 SF three-story building, designed by BeeryRio, was constructed of structural steel, wood trusses, and cementitious siding. The facility features upscale dining areas, a full service kitchen, a barber/beauty salon, living room areas, wrap around porches, outdoor paths and gardens.
