Scope Of Work
This build-out of a 10,000 SF outpatient orthopedic surgery center, designed by Hardaway Associates, entailed the demolition of an existing tenant space, and the fitout of new operating rooms, recovery rooms, sterilization rooms, nurses’ station and reception areas. The project also required all new MEP systems and medical gas piping.
