Scope Of Work
Remodel of a 103-suite hotel including complete guest room and corridor renovations requiring the installation of new wall covering, ceilings, carpet, paint and closets. In order to keep disruptions to a minimum in the operational hotel, all construction was completed in ten room phases, within an aggressive four-month schedule.
