Scope Of Work
This project took place on an active campus and entailed four new single-story residence buildings totaling 15,000 SF with housing for 44 residents. Each residence building, designed by Roundel 47 LLC, features several one and two bedroom style units, a dining room with adjoining kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and reading/study room.
