Scope Of Work
The new headquarters of Exelon’s Constellation business unit – a Fortune 150 company – features a 24-hour trading floor which represents the energy hub and heart of the new 350-foot tall building. The trading floor consists of 65,000 square feet of space with soaring ceilings and a 45,000 square foot mezzanine overlooking the sea of traders.
The opening of the tower moved 1,500 Exelon and Constellation employees from two downtown office buildings near the Power Plant to the new facility beyond Harbor East’s offices and luxe hotels, expanding Baltimore’s economic center further east along the harbor away from the aging core. The new building features 443,000 square feet of office space, 103 apartment units, 40,000 square feet of street-level retail and 750 parking spaces.
