Scope Of Work
The Residences at the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences are wholly owned properties, designed and built to Four Seasons standard. They were built once the Four Seasons Hotel was complete and operational, adding 8 floors to the existing structure without interrupting hotel operations.
Residents can take advantage of the perks of living at a hotel such as room service, laundry, a spa and personal chef. They also have access to a 28th-floor gym, pool, billiards lounge and small park.
