Scope Of Work
The recently completed expansion of H&S Bakery’s headquarters in the Fells Point neighborhood of Baltimore added 34,000 square feet to the existing facility, bringing the total square footage of that building to 72,000 and the total square footage of the entire facility to 119,000. The expanded facility now occupies an entire city block, which was once a surface parking lot, and holds 300 of the company’s 2,000 employees.
