Scope Of Work
Harbourside is a mixed-use property that includes two separate buildings: The North Building features seven luxury residential condos and over 100,000 square feet of Class A office space on the Georgetown waterfront. The South Building – also known as the House of Sweden – is home to the Embassy of Sweden, the Embassy of Iceland, 19 office suites and an Event Center that features conference and exhibition halls. Situated on the Potomac River, House of Sweden has become the perfect place to meet and work in the heart of Georgetown.
