Scope Of Work
Located in Sandbridge, on the outskirts of the coastal community of Virginia Beach, this new grocery facility offers all the amenities any shopper could want. This steel framed structure is adjoined on both sides with retail small shops, representing a total of 69,400 square feet of retail space. The façade of the grocery store was uniquely designed using materials to give it a seaside look including a cedar shake roof at the entrances. Easy accessibility and plenty of parking lot lighting make this an inviting place to shop.
