Scope Of Work
Renovate existing meeting room environment into a new modular team building and innovation center called, The Hive, for a new collaboration between Hanover Insurance and technology leader, IBM.
High profile nature of the project required a strong pre-construction and pre-planning process.
Scope modifications as project progressed required constant communication, management and tracking with the customer.
Required third-shift work and protection of surrounding spaces due to high-traffic area located off the main lobby.
