Scope Of Work
Project included preconstruction services for the addition of approximately 30,000 square feet of "5 Star" luxury resort space to the harbor View Hotel and The Kelley House. Executed on an extremely tight schedule requiring off season work only. This project involved stick framing and modular housing, steel frame construction and substantial demolition
