Scope Of Work
Design Build renovations and construction of a 26,000 SF facility containing child development center, daycare, administrative offices and recreational fitness center. Much of the work was completed during regular working hours. This was accomplished with a 4 phase flip plan whereby parking and traffic was staged on alternate locations on the site and within the facility. This addition and renovation project had to accommodate for daily ongoing operations.
