Scope Of Work
Historic reconstruction of existing cottages. Challenges included delicate excavation of pier foundations, jacking buildings and pouring foundations in place. Cottages restored to "5 Star" finish level. Historic integrity was maintained while adding elevators, modern MEP systems, and current amenities. Extremely tight schedule requiring off season only work.
