Scope Of Work
Design/Build of a of a 20kW vertical axis Wind Turbine (VAWT) system consisting of five (5) UGE Urban Green Energy) 4 kW turbines mounted on three (3) penthouse roofs, of the 25 story VA Manhattan, NY hospital. Work scope included design and installation of structural steel supports at penthouse roof tops, design and installation of tilt able towers to accommodate servicing, and design and installation of electrical service, inverters and utility interconnections. Complete installation of a wind turbine electrical generating system.
