Scope Of Work
The new three-story glass curtain wall and brick veneer building features two glass atriums and a 3rd floor pedestrian bridge that connects to the main campus facility. The building includes 48 geothermal wells to supply the HVAC system and reduce the total lifecycle cost of the building which includes a bookstore, classrooms and office suites. The building became a flagship landmark for Southwestern Community College.
