Building Air Quality, Inc.

Building Air Quality is a Texas based consulting firm in business to identify and eliminate Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) problems in commercial buildings. The scope of our service ranges from ProActive indoor air quality investigations designed to identify IAQ problems before they occur, to reactive situations in which we attempt to identify and solve indoor air quality problems which are occurring.  We perform air testing, thermal imaging, pressure diagnostics, and building science reviews to identify a source of the problems that are occurring.

Our clients include a mix of commercial property owners and managers, corporate facility managers, and general contractors working on various stages of construction.

We have worked successfully at "protecting the built environment" since 1989.  In addition to the large volume of experience we have developed over that time, we have completed numerous "high-profile" projects.  These have included situations where the concerns of parents, affected workers, and even representatives from the U.S. Senate and House have been addressed to the satisfaction of everyone.  We understand what, how, and when to communicate on air quality concerns.
