Scope Of Work
Ponder & Ponder, Architects balanced the strict design standards enforced by Wyndham against the Owner's needs and the City of Frisco's stringent architectural review process. We brokered a compromise for the exterior of the building design, which resulted in the famous "lone star" emblem expected by the city, being interpreted as the decorative medallions which are the Wingate signature architectural detail. Frequent design standards updates were incorporated into the drawings throughout the design, permitting, and construction phases.
